• Appointment booking. Name, email, time zone, and selected slot via our scheduling tool (e.g., Calendly/TidyCal/Odoo Appointments).
• Analytics & logs. Pages viewed, referrer, device/OS/browser, approximate location, IP address (may be truncated/anonymized), and error logs for security/performance.
• Cookies. Necessary cookies (security, load balancing) and, with consent, analytics cookies.
• We do NOT collect: payments, checkout data, customer orders, or ERP records on this website. No user accounts.

How we use your data

• Respond to inquiries and schedule calls.
• Operate, secure, and improve the site (performance, debugging, analytics).

• Our data may be processed in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

• Contact/booking records: typically up to 24 months (or sooner if you ask us to delete).
• Analytics data: per provider defaults (e.g., 14 months) or as configured.
• Logs/security data: short-term rolling windows unless needed to investigate issues.
